Raising the profile of HPE’s marketing teams

The Challenge
In a large organisation, brand identity is just as important internally as it is externally. HPE’s Edge-to-Cloud Integrated Marketing (E2CIM) team wanted to refresh their outdated logomark with a design that aligned with the company’s latest brand identity guidelines. To find the perfect fit, they invited all HPE designers—both internal and freelance—to participate in an open design challenge.
Solution and Outcome
The competition served as both a creative challenge and a team-building exercise, drawing over two dozen submissions in a variety of styles. After an initial review by HPE’s marketing leadership, a shortlist of finalists was selected and put to a global team vote.
My design was ultimately chosen as the winner and now represents the E2CIM team across branded merchandise distributed at internal events—helping to strengthen team identity and elevate the profile of their work within the company.
