The Challenge
A brand audit of PEAR’s existing materials revealed a functional but overly corporate style that lacked the authenticity and person-centred approach at the heart of the organisation. To better reflect PEAR’s values, we initiated a redesign that placed greater emphasis on human connection—leveraging thoughtful image selection and storytelling to showcase the impact of their services.
Solutions and Outcomes
PEAR provides coaching, training, consulting, and facilitation services that drive meaningful behavioural and attitudinal change in workplace teams. My design approach embraced dynamic layouts, balancing typography and imagery to reflect the positive impact of PEAR’s services on employee resilience and wellbeing.
The selected imagery highlights authentic human interaction, capturing the essence of PEAR’s coaching and the diverse range of clients they serve. A single geometric typeface, used in varying weights, reinforces the brand’s commitment to open, honest communication—one of the core pillars of their methodology.
